Donc je coupe mes carottes en rondelles, je les mets à cuire dans une cocotte avec de l'eau (pour les couvrir) et une cuillère de sucre en poudre. Je laisse cuire 20 min, puis je rajoute un peu de beurre, du sel, du poivre et de la ciboulette.
